Warranty

The Adam Cue Company guarantees all cues purchased from us against factory defects. If you feel that merchandise purchased through us does not meet your expectations upon receiving your order, please call our office for return authorization and we will either replace merchandise or refund you.

Any returns that are not due to factory defects are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
