I live in Slidell, LA. When Hurricane Katrina struck my town, my home was damaged from tornados and flood salt waters from Lake Ponchartrain. All of my cues sustained water damage beyond repair, except my Balabushka GB-3 which was under the same water with all the other cues. What I could not get over was, why was the Balabushka cue and shafts hardly damaged after being totally submersed in salt water? The George Balabushka should be proud of the production cues with his name on them.
